Alfred connects to your booking system: Airbnb, Booking.com, Hostaway, Google Calendar, and more. He doesn't change your bookings. He simply reads when guests are arriving and leaving, and builds an internal timeline.
Alfred calculates and prepares
Before a guest arrives, Alfred looks at outside conditions, current internal temperature, and how long the property takes to heat. It starts heating in advance so the property is comfortable at check-in. No manual adjustment needed.
Energy reduces automatically after checkout
Once the booking ends, Alfred reduces heating automatically. The system moves into energy-saving mode. Frost protection remains active. This is where most waste normally occurs, and Alfred eliminates it.
Multi-zone properties
If a property has multiple heating zones, each is controlled independently via its own thermostat. Unused areas stay at base temperature while occupied zones are kept comfortable. A studio flat might need one zone. A large house might need five.
